Check your “junk” or “spam” folder if you aren’t receiving an order confirmation email. If you are still not able to receive it, try adding our email to your whitelist or drop us a message using the contact form.
You can check the order of your status by logging into your dashboard and tracking your recent orders. Our logistics department regularly updates your order status and dispatch an email as the status changes.
Once you create an order, it is processed within 48 hours. You also receive a confirmation email once it is dispatched from our facility.
Yes, your password is case sensitive. If you are not able to log-in, click “Reset Password” and fill in the required information.
Go to your profile and select “Edit” to change the username, password, or any other information associated with your account.
After receiving the item, it may take up to 30 days to process the refunds. After verification, your refund will be deposited into your account with 3-7 days.
